One councilman shared advice to be discussed in a Saturday session.

Circleville Council heard some advice for their annual planning meeting this weekend.  A main focus of the Saturday meeting is how to stabilize revenue to support city services.

Circleville Council member Tom Spring shared some wisdom for small towns.  He attended a conference in October, and another Monday, which offered suggestions to make small governments more efficient.

A main focus of the Saturday meeting is how Circleville can stabilize revenue to support its city services.  He said one example is measuring how decisions on development affect what the city can do.

Spring also said downtown preservation is something that can help development.

The public is welcome to attend the meeting at Deer Creek.  It begins 8:30 Saturday morning...and goes into the afternoon.
