United Way of Ross County hosts the February 9th event at Chillicothe Country Club
Several tables remain open for the United Way Charity Waiter Event on Saturday, February 9, at the Chillicothe Country Club. Volunteer waiters will serve their guests with fun and flair as they compete for various honors, including the "most tips collected."
Dinner guests will be asked to tip for such things as a napkin, a glass of water, salad dressing or a variety of other items and services. Guests will purchase "play money" to spend on tips, raffles, games and fun competitive events. Emcee Randy Davies and DJ Ray Martin will co-host the lively entertainment.
A $500 table sponsorship will provide dinner for eight guests who can, if they wish, celebrate with their own theme, costumes, waiters and creative tip appeals. At $60 a person, individuals can be seated at a table with other guests. Proceeds will benefit the annual United Way of Ross County Campaign.
