Sheriff Robert Radcliff says he will keep strongroad patrols

78 years of Radcliffs in the office of Pickaway County Sheriff is alive-and-well with newly elected sheriff Robert Radcliff. He takes over for his father Dwight, after 48 years in office and preceded by his grandfather.

Radcliff says with his first week on the job under his belt, he says a great staff has made his transition a good one.

Sheriff Radcliff says he has made just a few internal changes in his new administration. One of those changes was moving a lieutenant from the jail to sex offender registration services under the courts.

Pickaway also maintains their 18 road patrol officers.
