Troopers found $32,000-worth of marijuana in a vehicle, Thursday.

An Indiana man is facing felony drug charges after Highway Patrol troopers seized seven pounds of marijuana, worth nearly $32,000, following a traffic stop in Jackson County. Authorities say they stopped a vehicle on US 35 for committing a marked lanes violation, Thursday evening.

A drug-sniffing canine alerted to the vehicle, and a probable cause search yielded seven pounds of marijuana in the trunk.

27-year-old Andrew Riggen was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (a third-degree felony).

He was taken to the Jackson County Jail.
