The charge alleges Peter Davidson was driving under suspension at the time of a fatal crash.
A Chillicothe man who was injured in a single-vehicle crash, last summer, now faces a fourth-degree felony charge of vehicular homicide.
On June 7th, the Highway Patrol reported Peter Davidson was the driver of a vehicle that went off the road and struck a tree on Ault Road.
Davidson was injured in the crash, while his passenger, Dana Ross, was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the Prosecutor's Office, the indictment alleges Davidson negligently caused the death of his passenger as he was driving under suspension.
A Ross County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Davidson for the indictment after spotting him at a Massieville gas station, early Saturday.
