The Ross County Grand Jury returned one open indictment, Friday.

During its Friday session, the Ross County Grand Jury indicted a Chillicothe woman for a fourth-degree felony of receiving stolen property. On November 15th, a woman told police her car had been stolen after she left it running unattended to get her coat from her East Seventh Street home at 6:45am. Her security camera captured footage of a person with a covered face getting into the vehicle and driving away.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, indictment alleges police found 29-year-old Danielle Minkos driving the stolen vehicle in Chillicothe later that day.

She was arrested for receiving stolen property.

All told, 14 cases were presented, Friday. Twelve indictments were returned, and only one was open.
