Authorities arrested a man after he was found with pills and over $900 in cash, Saturday. According to the Ross County Sheriff's Office, deputies stopped a vehicle on Witter Drive, off Clinton Road, at 11:50pm, for not having tail lights.
Authorities say the driver, 33-year-old Craig Himelrick, gave them permission to search the vehicle where they found an over-the-counter pill bottle with forty-nine 30-mg Oxycodone and three 15-mg Oxycodone pills.
Himelrick was found with $948 in cash in his pocket.
He told deputies his mother gave him the cash and that he found the pills lying along the road.
He was arrested for possession of drugs. Another person in the vehicle was not charged. Additional charges are pending, according to the Sheriff's Office.
