Scenic Paint Creek graces the 2013 cover
Customers of Horizon Chillicothe Telephone have been receiving their official 2013 telephone directories...highlighting one of the county’s most popular outdoor water activities.
For almost 40 years, Horizon has highlighted its directory with a special cover, from photographs to artwork. This year, Brian Jones of iDream Images captured the beauty of Paint Creek at Copperas [copper-uhhz] Mountain, near Paint Valley Schools, with his photograph of kayakers floating down the creek.
Nearly 40,000 phone books will be distributed to Horizon customers in Ross, Pickaway, Pike, Vinton, Jackson and Hocking counties. Again this year, the U.S. Postal Service will handle deliveries.
Telephone customers who use a post office box will find a notice with their mail for each directory they should receive. These notices should be taken to their local post office window to receive this year’s official telephone book.
Customers who have not received a directory by early April should contact Horizon’s business office at 772-8331.
