The Tuesday arrests occurred on East Main Street in Chillicothe
Chillicothe Police Department Special Response Team and Detectives executed a drug search warrant at 608 East Main Street at approximately 5pm Tuesday, but when detectives were arriving to execute the search warrant, a vehicle was seen leaving the residence with two occupants.
The vehicle was stopped and Detectives found cocaine and heroin on the person of 44-year-old Kimberly Bryant of Old Town Circle in Frankfort, the driver. Additionally, detectives found more heroin and drug paraphernalia inside of the vehicle, part of which was identified as belonging to the passenger in the vehicle, 31-year-old Shonda Cremeans, who is also a resident at 608 E Main Street.
Bryant was charged with Possession of Heroin and Cocaine. Cremeans was charged with Possession of Heroin.

Upon executing the search warrant on the residence, 47-year-old Margaret Bethel was contacted inside and found to be another resident at 608 E Main Street.

While inside the residence detectives located drug paraphernalia and signs of heroin abuse and trafficking. Bethel was charged with Permitting Drug Abuse.
