Authorities say four people were arrested, Friday afternoon.
Four people were arrested in a Chillicothe drug raid, Friday. Police say they served the search warrant at 444 Church Street at around 2:45pm, and two people tried to flee out the back door but were apprehended in the yard.
Six others were detained inside the home, where cocaine, heroin, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and cash were found.
Authorities say resident Zachary Beatty, who refused police orders, had to be physically restrained. He was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing official business, and a warrant for a traffic charge.
An additional resident, Norma Beatty-Brooks, and Willie Smoot, of Columbus, were arrested for possession of cocaine.
Nathan Brown, of Chillicothe, was arrested on a warrant for driving under suspension.
Police say evidence will be submitted to BCI&I and additional charges could be presented to the Ross County Grand Jury.
