Shira Seymour was arrested following the indictment being delivered
The Ross County Grand Jury has indicted a Bainbridge woman for the fatal traffic accident that claimed the life of Chillicothe attorney Annie Rooney.
36-year-old Shira Seymour has been charged with three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.
Authorities say Seymour was driving drunk when she went left-of-center and hit Rooney's vehicle head-on.
Seymour was seriously injured in the crash, which was one of the reasons for the delay in her case being taken to the grand jury. She was arrested Friday.
