Chillicothe Police searched homes on Hickory and East Fourth streets, Monday.
Authorities arrested multiple people following two separate search warrants, Monday.
Detectives and the Special Response Team first went to 163 North Hickory Street at 3pm where they say they found a large amount of cash, cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and a handgun.
Authorities say this is the second time the home has been searched following a warrant on September 15, 2013.
The resident, 51-year-old James L. Cumberland, was arrested for permitting drug abuse, while 27-year-old Dejuan M. Crawley, of Columbus, and 24-year-old Mark A. Melott, of Chillicothe, were arrested for probation violation.
At around 4pm, authorities served a second search warrant at 256 East Fourth Street where they say they found drug paraphernalia and evidence of drug trafficking.
Resident 51-year-old Lori L. Lemmons was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities say Lemmons admitted to allowing drug dealers to operate out of her home.
