Four people were charged in the raid.
Chillicothe Police Detectives and Officers with the Special Response Team served multiple search warrants at 8pm Thursday in the city.
The first warrant was served at 77 South Rose Street, where Detectives located a large amount of cocaine and heroin. Also located was drug paraphernalia and cash. 42-year-old Lamont Ellington of Columbus, was charged with possession of cocaine and Possession of Heroin.
60-year-old Harold Nichols and 51-year-old John Kepler, both of the 77 South Rose Street address, were charged with permitting drug abuse. Both had been warned about allowing drug dealers use their residence to operate in the past.
The second search warrant was served at 741 East Fourth Street. Detectives located drug paraphernalia and arrested the resident, 33-year-old Mindy Maxwell who was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.
Maxwell admitted to allowing Lamont Ellington sell drugs from her residence. Evidence obtained from these warrants will be sent to the lab at BCI&I and additional charges could be presented before the Ross County Grand Jury.
