Difficult times didn't stop local people from giving food and money to help others during the Good Samaritan Food Drive
Despite tough economic times, Ross Countians dug-deep into the pockets again this year to help the areas needy at the 28th annual Clear Channel Good Samaritan Food Drive.
Counting monetary donations and non-perishable food items, the three hour event brought in approximately $6,000 that go to food-stuffs at the Ross County Good Samaritan Food Pantry.
Good Sam and Clear Channel wants to thank Central Center Merchants, Ross County Banking, the members of Chillicothe Youth Crime Watch and the many local people who came through the three-hour food drive to making contributions.
