Experts say there are several reasons why people might be "blue" for the holidays
The holiday season is not welcomed by everyone. Some people experience the "holiday blues" this time of year. Robert Rowney is a psychologist at Cleveland Clinic says people get down for different reasons around Christmas.
Rowney says dealing with relatives can even be tough sometimes, or the recent loss of a loced one can make holidays tough.
Rowney says if people have a history of depression, the extra-stressors around the holidays may worsen it.
