Beginning Monday, patients can receive treatment at clinics in the Chillicothe and Washington CH Wal-Marts.

Beginning Monday, a partnership between Adena Health System and Wal-Mart will bring two new walk-in clinics to Chillicothe and Washington Court House. The clinics will provide "get-well services," for a number of ailments, including: the common cold, sore throat, sinus infections, flu-like symptoms, pink eye, urinary tract infections, skin conditions, and splinter removals.

They will also offer sports physicals, diagnostic tests, screenings for pregnancy, cholesterol, TB and STD tests. Vaccinations will be offered for flu, pneumonia, HPV and hepatitis.

The clinics will serve adults and children over the age of 18 months, but injections will not be given to children under the age of seven.

The walk-in clinics will be staffed by Adena nurse practitioners and will be open seven days a week: 10am to 8pm, Monday through Friday; 10am to 7pm, Saturday; and noon to 5pm, Sunday.

No appointment is necessary.
