The second search warrant was served at 158 North Mulberry Street where pills, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and cash were recovered.

27-year-old Jeff Peoples, of Chillicothe, was arrested on an indictment for theft, while 19-year-old Ashley Mullins, of Waverly, was arrested on a warrant for failure to serve for a theft charge.
