National Park Service Spring Cleaning

From 9am to noon Saturday, April 14th.

A spring cleaning for the Tri-County Triangle Trail, Inc. and the National Park Service is planed for Saturday, April 14th 9am- Noon.

Groups can gather at the National Park Service Parking Lot at Maple Grove and Sulphur Lick Roads, west of Chillicothe.

The group will provide trash bags for litter pick-up. Bring gloves, and 5-gallon bucket to put trash in. They will also be clearing the mowing strip on areas of the trail to make mowing easier and checking culverts for blockages, clearing when necessary to prevent water damage to the trail.

Shovels will also be handy. They will also be cutting back brush and trees where necessary, chain saws, earplugs, loppers, gloves and other such equipment will be necessary for those tasks.
