Chillicothe Police say a 3-year-old child was removed from the home.
Four Chillicothe residents were arrested after authorities searched their home, Monday. Detectives searched a home at 466 East Water Street at 11:30am and found powder heroin and drug paraphernalia. Ross County Children Services was also called in to remove a 3-year-old child who was inside the home. Arrested were 28-year-old Alicia R. Hardesty and 25-year-old James D. Lisle for possession of heroin and child endangering, while 26-year-old Brian A. Howard and 23-year-old James A. Lisle, III, were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Evidence will be sent to BCI&I for testing and the case will be forwarded to the Ross County Prosecutor’s Office.
