The court ordered that the former Ashville Elementary Principal was not given notice of her rights under state law.

The Ohio Supreme Court has decided that a Teays Valley Elementary principal was illegally fired.

By a 7-0 decision, the state's high court determined that former principal Stacey Carna was denied her rights when she was not permitted to meet before the Teays Valley Board of Education before she was fired.

Carna was accused of tampering with student test scores.
