Chillicothe Enduro Riders
The Chillicothe Enduro Riders Association will hold its 6th Annual Camp Cattail 100 Benefit Hare Scramble on June 19th. The event is for all Bike District 11 Classes. The track is only open once per year, just for this event to benefit Camp Cattail. Joe Uhrig of CERA says the Camp is open to the public year round and has paved trails for the developmentally disabled to be able to enjoy the outdoors in a safe environment. This is just one of two annual fundraisers for Camp Cattail each year. Tickets are $10 at the gate and kids under 6 are free. Dave Tener Executive Director of the Y
Total wellness is a mission for the Ross County Y. Executive Director Dave Tener reminds us the Y isn’t just a “swim and gym”. In his June update, Tener shares details on summer camps and other projects and activities the Y has underway. Tener adds the Women’s Health Seminar held in May was a resounding success, drawing more than 200 women to discuss health issues and learn more about their wellness. He hinted there may be a similar seminar for men this fall. Get details on all the Y events and activities at www.rosscountyymca.org. LISTEN
