Scioto Valley Golf Classic
The fundraiser will go toward purchase of a surgical robot at Adena Medical Center

Scioto Valley Golf Classic will be held Friday, August 24th at the Crown Hill Golf Club in Williamsport.  The event, hosted by the Adena Health Foundation will support Adena Health System’s fundraising efforts in support of the Foundation’s Cancer Fund, and toward the purchase a daVinci Surgical Robotic System.

“We want to ensure our patients have access to the most up-to-date healthcare options, close to home,” said Ralph Metzger, executive director of the Adena Health Foundation.  “By supporting our efforts, participants of the Scioto Valley Golf Classic can help us assure the needs of Adena’s patients continue to be met in the best possible way.”

Registration is still open. There is a $100 entry fee, one-half of which is a charitable contribution.  The driving range will open at 8:30am, and there will be a shotgun start at 10am.

Prizes include: A threesome and lunch at Muirfield Village Golf Club with member Jeff Sopp, CEO of Expesite; Titleist Pro V1 golf balls with the Adena Health Foundation logo; a complete set of Wilson Staff men’s golf clubs and bag; other golf equipment and numerous OSU logo items.
