Logan Elm is district champ with Westfall taking runner-up
Two Pickaway County girls golf teams are headed to the Division 2 State Tournament.
The Lady Braves of Logan Elm won the district team championship Monday with a school record team score of 351, followed by Westfall at 360 and Claymont at 367 as the three teams to advance.
Hillsboro finished out of the running for qualifying with a 405, and their top scorer was Haylee Wehrung with a 95.
No individual players from our area qualified as Huntington's Shania Irvin shot an 82.
